Ten places whose inhabitants can send and receive e-mail to and from the Internet (but can't use interactive net tools)

The following locales don't have expensive dedicated Internet connections. Instead, electronic mail (and sometimes Usenet news) is passed in and out on a routine basis using ordinary phone lines and modems. Since computers there only send and receive mail occasionally- -perhaps once a day (or less often) electronic mai l sent to and from these places can take days to reach its destination.
